PREAMBLE
It a good thing
to travel out of one’s country for greener pasture and it equally a very good
thing to have real estates properties back home because home is always sweet.
Home sweet home!
However, most
Nigerians who send money home to their parents, relations, friends etc. to construct real estate for them
ends up losing their money because those relatives don’t do what they ask for.
Instead of developing the desired real estate on which the money was sent home
for, the relatives end up lavishing the money on their own personal affairs and,
to cover up, fabricate horribly beautiful lies to the overseas money-sender.
Some even go to
the extent of sending pictures of uncompleted house(s) being developed (which
belongs to another
person) as if that is the house(s) they are building for the owner (i.e.
the overseas money-sender).

SERVICES – is rectifying these ugly scenarios for the interested Nigerians-in-Diaspora,
expatriates (either living within or without Nigeria), and/or overseas organizations.

Any
Nigerians (either those living in Nigeria or in Diaspora), expatriates (either
living within or without Nigeria), and/or foreign organizations can acquire
land in any interested part of the country for any purpose. The land required
will be acquired legally for the owner’s purpose(s) through the right means,
with all the necessary documentation being perfected for the owner.

Estate
Development
Our
organization will develop the required Real Estate for the interested
Nigerians-in-Diaspora, expatriates and/or foreign organisations. All
transactions between us and our clients must be legally-binded.
Different
entities require different Real Estates to be acquired through outright design/
development from scratch or purchase/lease-purchase and subsequent
re-design/renovation of the purchased real estate.

3. Property Management
It
is possible for us to manage the properties for our client. Some Nigerians-in-Diaspora
and/or expatriates (either living within or without Nigeria), and/or foreign organizations
need their real estates being managed in their absence. This is possible.
We
will manage your real estates for you on our agreed terms to your satisfaction,
without hindrances.
A
situation whereby you appoint your friend(s) or blood relation(s) to manage
your estates for you and the person(s) ends up trying to claim your properties
through diabolical means, should be avoided.
In most cases, it is impracticable
to sue your friend(s) or blood relation(s) because of the family ties and some
other reasons. Hence, the relation(s) has nothing to lose.
Our
organization can be sued for any shady misdemeanor because we will undergo a
legal agreement with you in the service(s) required of us.
Also, we have our
image to protect as our satisfactory performance is our major ticket to gain more
clients/businesses through the proof of our service(s) to you which you will
give about us to your friends over there. You are our credentials to more businesses.
4. Real Estates Legal Procedures
Legal
tussle involving real estates is also one of the services that can be rendered
to our clients.
We
have legal representatives who are well-versed in legal matters. Such matters
as involving estates that are developed for Nigerians-in-Diaspora and/or
expatriates (either living within or without Nigeria), and/or foreign organizations
in their absence and are now being dubiously swindled from the real owner(s).

diverted to other means etc.
